Norms:

- Folkways:
  • Need to know the Fonz-of-Allegiance
  • When walking you have to give a thumbs up instead of waving
  • Have to act cool and tough in public
  • You should grease your hair
  • You should like pool and sports
  • You should know about cars

- Mores:
  • You need a leather jacket
  • Cant speed on your motorcycle
  • Always help out a greaser when in need
  • Never steal another greasers women
  • Never pick a fight with a greaser
  • You have to workout and shower daily

- Taboos:
  • Cant kill someone
  • Cant disrespect the Fonz
  • Cant hit women
  • Cant go to the Bar at night(11)
  • Got to attend school 4 times a week at least
  • Can only get married at the Church of Fonz

- Sanctions:
  • If you break curfew(11pm) you get your motorcycle taken away for a week
  • If you kill someone, you get kicked out of Grease City
  • If you are a greaser caught at the bar, you will be fined $500
  • If you disrespect the Fonz, you will get beat up, BAD
  • If you dont attend school, you will be fined $50 per day your not there
  • If you dont get married at the Church of Fonz, then your no longer a greaser
